Accountability – The committee is responsible to the Church Council, but operates independently.

Organization – The committee will consist of approximately 8 members, each having voice and vote, as well as the Pastor(s), who has a voice but no vote.  The chairperson and the Pastor(s) may appoint members of the committee.  The chairperson may be appointed by the President of Church Council or elected by the committee.  A member’s term of office is determined by his/her willingness to serve.
